Join former Chippewa Valley resident Sally Collins for a reading of Muddled Cherries, an evocative tale that whisks readers to Wisconsin’s taverns, farmlands, and lakeshore for a summer. Learn more about the area’s inspiration for the novel. Sally Collins, a former Chippewa Valley resident and proud Elk Mound alum, recently released her debut novel, Muddled Cherries. A semifinalist for the 2024 Wisconsin People & Ideas short fiction contest, she’s also a regular contributor to Peninsula Pulse newspaper and Door County Living magazine, as well as a librarian at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. She lives in Door County with her family.
