Tend to Your Spirit: Mindful Living with Chronic Illness offers compassionate reflections on living with chronic illness, structured around the seasons of life and enriched with voices from a diverse community of contributors. With its blend of personal stories, spiritual practices, and creative resources, the book provides guidance for cultivating resilience, connection, and hope. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how storytelling, community, and mindfulness can foster healing, even in life’s most challenging seasons.
