Meeting Room

Due to limited availability of the meeting rooms the library can only book 3 months in advance.

Meetings have to be schedule during hours the library is open.

It may take up to 48 hours to receive a reply for an online reservation.

If needing to book sooner please call the Circulation desk at 715-723-1146 x 3.

Please check the calendars below before completing the form. If a date and time you would like is available, please complete the form and a library staff member will send you a confirmation for your reservation.

The Virginia O. Smith Meeting Room

Located at the library’s entrance, just off the lobby. Tables and chairs are available for set-up. Various pieces of equipment are available for use during meetings.

The Wissota Meeting Room

Located on the main floor. Tables and chairs are available for set-up. Various pieces of equipment are available for use during meetings.
