Due to limited availability of the meeting rooms the library can only book 3 months in advance. Meetings have to be schedule during hours the library is open. May take up to 24 hours to receive a reply for the reservation.

The Virginia O. Smith Meeting Room is located at the library’s entrance, just off the lobby, and has a maximum capacity of 66 persons. Tables and chairs are available for set-up. Various pieces of equipment are available for use during meetings.
The Wissota Meeting Room is now located on the main floor and has a maximum capacity of 25 persons. Tables and chairs are available for set-up. Various pieces of equipment are available for use during meetings.
November 15, 2020- Effective immediately, and due to concern over public safety in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Chippewa Falls Public Library is temporarily closed to the public. This includes all in-person public services and browsing until at least November 30.
